What turnaround times do you offer?

How do you insure that no mistakes are made?

Attention to every detail is part of the Walz philosophy. We also have a fully automated patent-pending production process that ensures mistake-free processing of your critical mail documents. Our process has been refined through 20 years of experience designing critical mail solutions.

 

What is your process for tracking mail?

Walz has the ability to track mail from the time of data transfer all the way through delivery. Walz can also track returned mail, including Return Receipts, after mail has been delivered. We can host this tracking data for our clients and tie the data to a particular reference number within a client’s own system. This kind of comprehensive data management allows clients to communicate more effectively, which leads to reduced costs.

 

How do you ensure on-time mail fulfillment?

Walz has an unprecedented track record for achieving its service level agreements. If we do not meet our service level agreements, Walz will waive its mail fulfillment fees.

 

How do you manage the returned mail?

Each client has its own PO Box near our facility. Walz has access to each client’s PO Box to retrieve all returned mail, which includes Return Receipts and unclaimed or rejected mail pieces. We have a proprietary sorting and imaging process that ensures that these mail pieces are reconciled with the original mailings, so client’s can easily access both images and physical copies of returned mail.

 

How do you adhere to the Fair Debt Collection Practices, Gramm-Leach-Bliley, and other acts?

Walz strictly adheres to all existing regulations concerning privacy, security, and the handling of confidential information.
