and stick to letter or package. When the Label is removed,

HOW TO USE ----------------------------------------------------------------

Step
1
Using a Dot Matrix printer or typewriter type the Address the
letter or package is going to on the white Addressed To: section.accurate
record of where you mailed it and all without the extra work
of creating a mailing label.
Step 2
Detach the Certified Mail end of the form and attach the gummed
Return Receipt Requested Certified Mail label to the letter
or package.
Step
3
Detach the Domestic Return Receipt portion of the form and
peel off the removable liners to expose the adhesive. Attach
to letter or package. Your item is now ready for delivery
to the post office.
