A	This is your Self-Imaging Removable Label, for your software to print the clients mailing information then just peel and stick to letter or package. When the Label is removed, the address is duplicated on form, which means no double entry of the addressing information. See Step 1 for information on how to use this section of your mailer
B	This area is used for reference information. See Step 2 for information on how to use this area of your mailer
C	This section provides a Pre Numbered Certified Mail gummed label for you to easily peel and place on letter or package See Step 3 for information on how to use this section of your mailer

||||||||| HOW TO USE ----------------------------------------------------------------

Step 1
Using a Dot Matrix printer or typewriter type the Address the letter or package is going to on the white Addressed To: label. Then peel label and attach to the letter or package. Please notice the information previously printed or typed on the label is now on the Return Receipt so when returned you have an accurate record of where you mailed it and all without the extra work of creating a mailing label.

Step 2
You can type or print one line of reference information in this area.

Step 3
Detach the Certified Mail end of the form and attach the gummed Return Receipt Requested Certified Mail label to the letter or package.

Step 4
Detach the Domestic Return Receipt portion of the form and peel off the removable liners to expose the adhesive. Attach to letter or package. Your item is now ready for delivery to the post office.
